help-desk support to our clients.
The main responsibility of a Phone Support representative is to provide software help-desk support to our clients. As
an individual grows into the position, there will be additional opportunities to work on special projects such as
participating in research for higher level client problems, authoring workbooks for our Foundation College
program, providing consulting services to existing clients, and assisting with internal training of new support
personnel. Foundation provides complete training on our accounting software system.
The Requirements:
2/4 year
accounting degree or equivalent work experience
