Customizable DataGenie Report Designers

Innovative design allows even novice users to write simple to complex user-defined reports such as budget vs. actual, production costs, projected costs to complete, overhead allocation, or percent-complete— all without needing to understand cumbersome programming logic. Additional advantages include the ability to set up multi-level drill-down links to other reports, helping users dig deep into the data source. FOUNDATION also includes customizable TimecardGenie and Invoice-Genie designers.
Hundreds of Standard Construction Accounting Reports
Many accounting systems offer standard construction and financial reports but only FOUNDATION delivers total flexibility for sorting, grouping and filtering the data found
in these canned reports. These controls allow contractors to see job data the way they need it (for example, aging reports by project manager, production reports by geographic area, or financials by job). Complete date-sensitivity allows any report, in any module, to be run for any period even if it means crossing fiscal years.

Easy Data Extrapolation and Manipulation
FOUNDATION accommodates users who prefer to use a third-party report writer for report creation. The system is compatible with several popular reporting products. Designed with the Microsoft SQL Server database, FOUNDATION provides a seamless interface with Microsoft products for added flexibility with data manipulation.
