Acceptance into the Construction CPA Directory is subject to formal approval by Foundation Software.

I have the authority to submit my firm's name to be included in Foundation Software Inc.'s (FSI) Construction CPA Directory (Directory). FSI reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide if my firm is to be included or excluded from this directory. If my firm is included in the Directory, I, at any time, may request in writing that my firm be removed from the Directory and FSI will honor this request within a reasonable amount of time. Conversely, FSI retains the right to remove my firm's listing at any time and for any reason. Additionally, Foundation Software reserves the right to discontinue the entire directory program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
