The Executive Management Module in FOUNDATION for Windows construction
software provides owners and project managers with complete job
performance reporting, including key charts and graphs allowing
at-a-glance analysis. The user can select from a broad range of
information, including contract amount, profit, to-date billings,
costs and gross margin. Extensive drill-down capabilities allows
the user to navigate through a wealth of data and retrieve the precise
information required about a job. In addition, drill-down analysis
can be performed for accounts payable aging by vendor or job, accounts
receivable aging by customer or job, and cash balance analysis.

The Executive Management Module in FOUNDATION construction software
allows owners and project managers to know the exact financial condition
of their construction business to-date by a few simple mouse clicks!
Upon starting the program, the user is given a general overview
of total budgets, to-date costs and billings. This includes:
- An overview of job cost totals
- Totals on payables and receivables, broken out by 30, 60 and 90-day periods
- Payable and receivable retainage totals
- Company-wide cash balances available

Want more detail? Not a problem with our powerful drill-down functionality.
Simply double-click on any of the totals and find greater detail, all in an instant. Want more information about job cost totals? One click brings you to information about each job that makes up that total. Click on individual jobs to view cost codes used for that job. Select a cost code, click and drill down to cost class detail. Click on a cost class such as labor and view the people that make up the labor! Executive Management takes you all the way back to the original source.
