Features of the Job Costing DataGenies include:
- Create an unlimited number of user-defined reports using Job Costing data
- Customize reports to show only the factors relevant to you
- Include such information as original, revised, change order,
current, previous and to-date figures for costs, committed
costs, hours/units, quantities, and income
- Also include overhead allocation, received job dollars, A/P invoice detail, A/P check detail, and custom calculations
- Use the built-in equation editor to define simple equations, algebraic formulas and if-then statements
- Report on any date range, any length of time (including week, month, quarter, year, etc.), and into the past or future
- Define custom drilldowns that link summary data in one report to related detail data in other custom designed or pre-defined reports
