Foundation Software reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Foundation Software cancels an event for these reasons, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise out of Foundation Software's control that result in the cancellation of the event (natural disasters, acts of war, third party cancels, etc.) refunds will not be offered.

If an event must be postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
