How do I connect to a live webinar ?

Connecting to a Foundation Software webinar is easy. You simply need a stable internet connection and an internet browser (like Internet Explorer) to access the meeting. You will use your login ID to enter the webinar and will be greeted by the webinar introduction screen.

To hear the presentation, you will be given a telephone number to call into and will be connected to the instructor via teleconference. Or you can choose to listen through your speakers via the computer.

How do the live Webinars work?

Once you are logged in to the webinar meeting room, you will see the webinar placecard with title. Once the instructor connects, the presentation begins!

Our 1-Hour Workshops last 60 minutes. An additional 60 minutes will be reserved for a question and answer period with the instructor. We ask that questions be held until this Q&A time.

Our Foundation College Online sessions last 4 hours, with an additional 30 minutes reserved for a question & answer period. We ask that questions be held until this Q&A time.

What is the difference between the 1-Hour Workshop webinars and Foundation College Online?

Our 1-Hour Workshops were developed to provide additional training on FOUNDATION for Windows in short webinar sessions. The 1-Hour Workshops offer Foundation Software clients a variety of helpful tips that focus on a single feature or function within the system. Limits on registration and a lengthy Q & A period after training make these webinars great for individuals who want to learn more but are on tight schedules.

Longer sessions with greater focus and complexity, our Foundation College Online webinars dive deeply into functions that can be performed from outside of the system. With an emphasis placed on querying the system's robust data tables, attendees will learn more about creating custom reports and merges.

What is the 1-Hour Workshop subscription?

The 1-Hour Workshop subscription is an extremely economical way for your company to receive continuing education on system usage. For a low, annual subscription fee your company will have unlimited access to all 1-Hour Workshop webinars.

I can't attend the scheduled webinar date. Will you be holding another one?

We offer two topics each month for our 1-Hour Workshops. Each topic is offered live at the minimum of two times per month. More live sessions will be added based on demand.

We offer one topic per month for our Foundation College Online sessions. This topic is broadcast twice per month.

Both the 1-hour workshops and Foundation College Online are recorded, with unlimited access to the recorded sessions.

What is your refund policy if I miss a workshop I paid for?

Since webinar topics are typically held more then once per month, you should still be able to schedule another viewing for the same topic. If you miss all live viewings, you still have access to the recorded session. You also have the option to apply your registration fee towards a different session.

I registered for a 1-Hour Workshop webinar and loved it. Can the fee be applied to the Subscription?

Absolutely! If you register for a single 1-Hour Workshop webinar and want to upgrade to a subscription, simply email us at mode@foundationsoft.com. We will then apply the seminar fee to the subscription cost.

How do I access the recorded webinars?

Subscribers are assigned a special password to the Foundation Software website that will give them access to all recorded sessions. Single session attendees will receive a link in an email sent after the session ends. This link will provide them access to the single session paid for.

How many people from my company can attend a live webinar if I pay for a single session?

Single Sessions
Only the individual who registered and paid has access to login for both our 1-Hour Workshops and Foundation College Online webinars. Additional individuals from your company who wish to attend will need to register separately.

Subscription
Annual 1-Hour Workshop subscribers have unlimited access to all 1-hour webinars*...meaning multiple people from their company can attend the sessions.

* The subscription does not include access to Foundation College online sessions.
