Foundation is rebuilding your online experience, so VP of operations Mike Basil, assistant training manager Jacob Harvey and project manager Tom Ross led a panel discussion to introduce two of our top client projects since last conference — a client forum and a soon-to-be-redesigned client website.
When clients at our last user conference roundtables asked for an online space to connect with other Foundation® users, we were listening. The new Foundation Client Forum is designed for you to network with a user community, discuss industry tips and share practical experiences. It won’t replace our expert support department or our more than one hundred free help resources. It’s a free tool to better enable your communication directly with other users.
We wrapped up beta testing in May, and we’ve begun rolling out the forum to all clients. If you didn’t receive the invitations we emailed you to join the forum, consider this yours! Visit forums.foundationsoft.com to sign up and request your account.
We launched a brand-new foundationsoft.com just two years ago, and since then we’ve been itching to give you an improved, redesigned clients.foundationsoft.com with better navigation, increased functionality, more resources and — well — a prettier look. Because it’s so important to us that we get this right for you, it’s been one of our biggest projects throughout 2017. Some of the features to look forward to include:
- Improved searching capabilities for content and help resources
- Detailed user management with editable log-in credentials
- Optimization for your mobile device
We look forward to announcing the launch of our new client website in spring 2018!
