Twelve years ago our first company Christmas card included 33 people and took about 45 minutes to complete. This year’s card had 300+ people and was a process of over 120 hours. Adding more people always complicates things. And, in truth, bringing everyone together can be a task. But the end result of doing so is worth it.
Given the time of year, many of you are probably working out how you can accomplish all your year-end goals, buy last-minute gifts or adjust to new growth in your family or business. However, it’s important to remember that the holiday season is also a time for you to enjoy yourself, whichever way that might be.
So however it all shakes out, I hope you can take the time this year-end to celebrate in a way that works best for you — with your whole crew like us or with a few private days of peace and quiet. I know I’ll certainly be doing the same.
