That means many of our employees are working remotely, and there are some small changes to our support and sales assistance, like our employees contacting you from phones that do not have the typical “FOUNDATION SOFTWARE” caller ID that you’re used to seeing.
For existing users seeking support, we highly recommend you do one of the following to reduce unnecessary delays in support callbacks:
- Request support directly from the system using the Log-A-Call feature
- Visit foundationsoft.com and Log-a-Call through our client portal
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your question/request
