Association Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotions offered by Foundation Software to eligible association members have the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer valid only for active members of valid partner associations at the time of purchase.
2. Proof of membership is required and membership must be declared to the sales representative at the time of purchase.
3. Promotional discount applies only to new purchases made during the promotional period.
4. Promotional discount cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past purchases.
5. Promotional discount applies only to initial payment and does not apply to future payments or renewals.
6. Promotion is limited to one discount per purchase.
7. Foundation Software reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time.
