NPS Participation Sweepstakes

Prize.

One (1) prize of a $100 Visa gift card will be awarded to a single winner at random. No other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Entry.

ou may enter to win the cash prize by signing up for and completing a demonstration with a Foundation Software representative in full. No purchase is necessary; a purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Limit one entry per person.

Consent.

By entering Sweepstakes, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Sweepstakes Official Rules.

Eligibility.

Sweepstakes are open only to permanent legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.

Effective date of entries.

All entries will be effective on the day received.

Notification.

Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email or, if not by email, by phone or mail if applicable. Should the email be returned to the Sponsor as invalid, two (2) more attempts will be made. In order to claim the prize, winners must contact Sponsor within five (5) calendar days of the date of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Privacy.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Other conditions.

Sponsor, its agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and legal advisers are not responsible for and will not be liable for (I) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible or postage due entries; (II) telephone, electronic hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (III) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (IV) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (V) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of Sweepstakes, or from participation in Sweepstakes; or (V) any printing or typographical error in any material associated with Sweepstakes.

Indemnification.

You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and legal advisers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
