Jess Mirza

Jess brings a diverse background in education and operations to her role at Foundation Software. Before joining the company, she spent years as an English teacher and school administrator, developing strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills — all of which now shape her approach to helping contractors succeed.

Jess began her Foundation Software career in Sales Operations, where she supported internal processes, collaborated closely with sales and marketing teams and gained hands-on experience with the construction industry.

Today, Jess works with existing clients who are looking to improve the way they manage expenses and payments. She focuses on learning about each company’s workflow, identifying where inefficiencies exist and guiding them toward solutions that add measurable value to their business.

Her favorite part of the job is helping contractors feel confident in their financial processes and showing them how the right tools can simplify daily operations and support long-term growth.

Outside of work, Jess loves staying active in her community. She volunteers at her church in Avon Lake, enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance and spends as much time as possible with her kids.
