Foundation Software Ranks Among 2017 “Top Workplaces”

STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — Foundation Software, LLC., developer of FOUNDATION® construction accounting software, has been named one of 2017’s top places to work in Northeast Ohio according to WorkplaceDynamics, The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com. This is the sixth year the company has received the “Top Workplaces” honor.

“At any company, employees and the way they feel about their place of work should be a major priority. We’ve worked very hard to establish and maintain an appreciative, fun and positive workplace in which employees feel that their work-life needs are being met,” said Fred Ode, CEO/chairman of Foundation. “In order to do this, it’s important for us to show that they are valued and that we will take care of them.”

Foundation’s employee-focused initiatives include bimonthly employee appreciation events such as an ice cream truck on campus and annual chili cook-off, errand services provided by an in-house corporate concierge, and an on-site fitness center with personal trainers and classes. The company also established a corporate initiative to identify and train employees company-wide who exhibit the aptitude and attitude for careers in programming and Web development. “We love to grow from within and get people to where they want to be.”
